Hokay so, this is one of the most exciting hours of my life!! I decided that I'm going to Tallahassee this summer with a crew from GCL to work on a church planting project about a week ago, and tonight I decided that I'm going to apply to intern on staff with the church! That means I need references like crazy and a 10 page application that needs to be in the mail Thursday, sooooo I'm going absoluely insane! This will be amazing if I get to do it. I mean, I'm for sure going to Tally, but the internship would be such an amazing opportunity to do work in ministry. I know it would be a really challenging summer, but the last thing I want is to be bored and not grow. So I'm super excited, I'll need to raise around $8,000 this semester for support (AHHH!) but if this is what God wants me to do, then I am stoked out of my mind! And I hope this means I can still go home tomorrow!! DANG! Anatomy test in less than 14 hours! Gotta get out of here, later!!

So the Christmas Tea was great! I'm so glad Ashley came and we had a wonderful time with everyone. And I made a cake for Mike's birthday and the houses gave it to him, he seemed really happy. Then came the real fun. I came back across the street to my house to change my clothes. When I came out Larry handed me my cell phone and said, "Hey it's your dad, he's talked to like 8 of us!", so I picked up the phone and said, "Hey Daddy!". Oh but it wasn't. It was definitely Skipper Wells. Hahaha, I wanted to dieeeeeeeee. It didn't end up being that awkward though, thank goodness! Dang my room is a mess, kind of the same as my state of mind right now. Exams are done until Monday, so that will give me some me time to hopefully fix some of this junk. Oh well, good night!

Go to your Calendar and find the first entry for each month of 2005. Post the first line of it in your journal, and that's your "Year In Review".
January: Wow, I think I've been avoiding writing because there's so much to say!
February: Yeah, it's been awhile! Short update: changed my major to nursing, I'm staying the summer at UF (which I'm actually really excited about), and I'm living in the 923 house with 5 or 6 other girls next fall!
March: Haha, I just got my first random call on my dorm phone!
April: Today was the best day ever, what do you think???
May: I saw Sahara with my bestest friend today!
June: Doing things that aren't good for my heart?? Yeah, I'm a pro.
July: Hey guys! I think the past two weeks have been the best ever!
August: HOLY CRAP!! This summer has definitely rocked the socks.
September: No entries, dang I'm a slacker!
October: Today I heart: Falling and looking ridiculous trying to ride my bike when my leg fell asleep
November: So I'm going to want to die when I wake up in under 6 hours, but right now I'm so not tired!
December: It's exactly 4 hours and 14 minutes until Floridance showtime!!
Summary: I know I'm a livejournal slacker, but I do read up on what everyone else says! I'm just not good about updating. I tend to think every day/week is the best ever, And I use a lot of !!!!! and ????? It's been an interesting year!

You are the French Guard.
Slightly off, living in an area you really don't
belong in, you lie and taunt those around you.
From all the cruel memories of your childhood,
you decide to take revenge on cute furry farm
animals. They make good cannonballs. Ppffftt!
What Monty Python Holy Grail Quest Character are You? brought to you by QuizillaNow isn't that special?? Haha, added some cheer to my evening.

It's exactly 4 hours and 14 minutes until Floridance showtime!! This semester with Flordance has been awesome for so many reasons. We had the best turnout at auditions ever, so we got a company full of amazing girls, we had so many dances choreographed that we actually had to cut a few routines (which was sad, everything looked really good), I auditioned for way too many dances so that kept me really busy, I got to know a lot of the new members by being the secretary, and best of all, 4 Floridance members now come to GCL and 928 Homegroup! It's been so much fun doing Floridance with Suzette (my G'ville BFF!), and getting to know Tyler and Courtney (the other 2 GCLers!), and I'm so excited for next semester too! This show should be really good, I love watching all of the dances. If you want to come, it's tonight (Saturday Dec 3) at 7:30 at the Phillips Center (across from Southwest Rec with the big fountain). It will be pretty dang entertaining!
Oh man, also this week, Tim and Nicole announced at Homegroup that since they're getting married they are stepping out of leading 928. So they told the Homegroup that Alex and I will lead it next semester! I love 928 so much, everyone is wonderful to be around, and I've never known a group of people so excited about growing with God. Spring will be amazing since we'll just be getting back from Faithwalkers and hopefully planning a lot more activities together. I'm going to have a lighter classload it looks like, and I'm going to try out for 1 or 2 less dances so I have more time. Wow this semester went by so fast! I can't wait for the break to begin! See you all soon, hope you can make it to the show!

Current Music: Nicole's wedding music
Dang! That was so weird. I took my test this morning, went to pilates, studied in the anatomy lab, did a psych study, talked to my mommy, took a quiz in my lab class, then came home to take a nap. I woke up from my nap early feeling like no one loved me! It was so sad, I just walked around for like 10 minutes and went back to sleep, then woke up feeling great. That's just weird because I'm not the type of person to mope around about things like that, or really mope at all. I think for one thing Nicole was playing her wedding music and everyone seems to be dating someone, and I just started thinking about it, which I usually don't. I don't get lonely usually, and it's not like I need to have a boyfriend, but sometimes I guess it's nice to know that someone cares about you like that. What a blessing it is to live in a house full of so much love though! Ok, gotta heat up some pad thai! Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and drive safe!

So I definitely have a test at 7:25 tomorrow morning, so clearly the best course of action at this time is to ignore that and write on here! I did get a lot of studying done today though, and still got to have lunch with Val and dinner at Bento Cafe with my lovely 928 ladies! Right now I'm just so excited about going home, my family moved into the new house yesterday, so it will be my first time going home to a new home! I absolutely love this time of year, when everyone gets out the pumpkin spice candles and plays Christmas music... or at least we do in this house! It's great living here, impossible to study though, right now I'm trying not to go in the living room and sing along to the Mulan soundtrack with them, I have to study!! It's bad, my mind is already on Thanksgiving break. Ok, for real, this was random. Later!

So I'm going to want to die when I wake up in under 6 hours, but right now I'm so not tired! Here's what's been going on...
I went to Tallahassee this past weekend with Hannah and had an absolutely amazing time! I put oreo cookies all over cars that belonged to boys from her church that I didn't even know! And her roommates are really sweet, I'm really happy for her that she has such awesome friends. Hannah did my hair (which looked fabulous! Thanks bunches!) and I went home saturday to go to the ROTC Navy Ball with Alex. That was fun too, definitely a new experience, and we had a great time dancing!
The past few weeks have just been intense, there's really no other word. School has kept me really busy, and the homegroup is going through a transitional time. I'm spending more time with the girls in my house, and girls in Floridance are really showing an interest in coming to homegroup! Sometimes I really just want to go home and be with my parents and my brother, and I'm so happy that Thanksgiving is less than a week away. In a lot of ways this is a big transition time for me too, God's working in ways that I've prayed for, and now I'm definitely seeing it happen! It's incredible how things work out the way that is best for you, although sometimes it's entirely what you didn't expect. Also, it's really exciting to see these girls in my house who are seniors, like Jessie and Kristen who are looking for jobs, and Nicole who is getting married in January! And so much is coming up, like the Christmas Tea, Faithwalkers (that needs a whole page, and will definitely have one when I get back!), the OTC class is starting in the spring, and tons of things to get stoked about! And the Floridance show is 2 weeks from Saturday, December 3, at 7:30. Yes, I know that's Nicole's bridal shower, we HAVE to make sure the times don't coincide because I've got to go to that shower! hehe. So this weekend, babysitting Friday (let me know if you want to come, 7:15-9:00, come to my house at 6:30 if you want us to feed you!), garage sale (please donate stuff), frisbee tourney (raise $ for faithwalkers!), and possible dance dance party Saturday, church, Lori's baby shower, and a junkload of studying on Sunday! I'll need a nap tomorrow, and I have to go baby shopping for the shower... ok, it's about bedtime! Because it's past midnight, have a great day everyone!
